The goal is to reach out to the people of South Sudan to restore the lives of vulnerable people with modern healthcare. Jok Char Development Foundation will seek to develop and sustain medical clinic in the village of Duk Padiet, South Sudan. JCDF also is offering scholarship to the needy refugee students in Kenya and Uganda
Our first project is to build and sustain a medical clinic in the village of Duk Padiet, Duk County, South Sudan, where residents currently have no access to modern healthcare. As a result, mortality rates – especially among infants and toddlers are unnecessarily high. There are no vaccinations, and villagers are often treated with traditional herbs, which can provide fatal. The Foundation will provide modern prevention and intervention to improve the quality of life for all men, women and children in Duk Padiet village.
